A Weird Day

May 31 2005

Yesterday was a really weird day.

It started with a tyre puncture.

In the middle of it all was a car accident in which thankfully, no one got injured. And thank God that TK was there to smoothen things out.

A trip to the police station. A sumptious dinner. My two friends making sure I got home safe.

And it ended with my friends meeting my folks.

As I sat there in the living room, looking at my parents and friends yakking about the accident, I felt a sense of unrealness of it all. I mean, is it possible to have so much drama in a day?

But things do happen and our responsibility is to handle them the best way we could.

And I wouldn’t have been able to sail through the worst part of the day without TK and PS.

Thanks, guys for being there.

  6. You’re welcome, CC.

I go to the one in 1U and till today, I still find that the service there sucks big time. The waiters are ignorant and arrogant. The bread served in 1U is also always a disappointment.

But, these guys were out to prove and impress so we did get a good deal (not even considering it being free, too!). Ooohh…the Shrimp Linguni was gooooooood!!!

  7. Oi, past tense lar. Change your are’s to were’s. That should do the trick. I’m ok with hype now. BTW, Jesus-freaks are the minority, are they not? :D

I agree with you about the large family monopoly thing. That happened in my first church and that’s why it was good that I had my sisters with me. Otherwise, I would have felt so left out…

  21. First, you need to have Real Player installed on your pc. Then you click on the right-most blue button of the song title and it should launch a window for you to listen to it.
