Trusting in God’s Timing

By the time this gets published, I’ll be in the plane, awaiting take-off.

Just wanted to add on more to the personal invitation to apply for a job I received. The very next day after I applied for that job, I received an email reply from the job hunter who wanted to meet me face to face. That was wonderful but… I would be leaving for Nepal the next day and will only be back in 10 days’ time.

When I conveyed this to the job hunter, she was momentarily dismayed but asked me to call her again upon my return.

After hanging up the phone, I felt at peace because I’ve committed the whole matter to God. If He wants it to happen, then it will happen. Just like how this mission trip came to be.

Am going for the interview tomorrow – do pray that nothing unexpected crops up at work so that I can go as scheduled. Thanks ;)

Ok, it went well – and the client would like to interview me next week. Pray that I am able to get time off for that. Most importantly, to be able to discern God’s will for me in this.
