Now I have the harmonica, not an impressive instrument, but I can blow some nifty tunes with it. What I miss most is playing the guitar. I gave mine away to my sister rather than having it gather dust.

Music is food for the soul. And when you can make music come alive, you are feeding your soul endlessly and beautifully. You are blessed indeed.

Hi Peter, I couldn't imagine what it must be like, wanting to express yourself musically but not physically being able to :( For years I was just a person who appreciates music, not being given a chance to learn the piano and such. But the desire to play musical instruments never died. With the advent of technology, there will be a way for you to make music. Hang in there, don't let the dream die.

I used to take piano lessons as a child, and hated it. Now that I am unable to play, I long to run my fingers across the keys and make beautiful tunes. The irony of life....
